I was a left winger back in the 70’s but by 1984 I was a Reagan campaign volunteer. I’ve been an a conservative pro-life activist since. McCain is still better than a President Obama or President Clinton II. Win the war on terror by 2012 and deal with President McCain in the 2012 primaries. Bottom line is you support your party’s nominee. As I mentioned in a post to someone else, to paraphrase Donald Rumsfelt, “You go to war with the Party you have.”
No way we win the WOT by 2012 or even 2050 the way it is being fought. If we go hot then we could but in order to stop the radicals in their current numbers it would take decimating the breeders by over 75%. We do not have the will to do that. They are breeding faster than we are killing them and there is not end in sight for that.
In an odd way I think Hillary may be tougher on the WOT than any of the others. She will not want to appear to be a weak woman.
If this country elects Obama all is lost anyway and the the road back from that mistake is bloody and long. The fascists will have won.

See there is the rub. I do not have a party anymore. They have spent the last five years doing everything they can to kick me and my friends out. My only choice is to form my own party or join another one. They clearly do not care about my input after I have spent $1,000's supporting them - basically they can go F' themselves. McCain is at the least insane and at the worst a megalomaniac. I have a very great deal of concern that he is indeed the Manchurian Candidate (probably more like the Havana Candidate).
