That was an excellent post, and I applaud her for that. But I'm not sure if I agree that the GOP will come back to its conservative roots in the future. If they have been hijacked by people who do not believe in true conservatism and the constitution, then that is the problem and we either have to elect someone within the Republican party who IS true to the constitution, limited government, liberty and sovereignty (in my view there's only one who fits that description, Dr. Ron Paul) or there needs to be a new party.
Anyway... I gotta go to bed, but thanks for your replies and I'll see ya!

It sums up the "Republican" dilemma quite nicely.
The end run would be to support any Conservative running for office locally, and gang tackle McCain into the turf.
