It's not a raw vote turnout, but a count from elected delegate: Here's the note that was put on the New York Times website:

The process is far from transparent. One should hope and expect that the GOP would put another statement on their website explaining exactly what happened.
WE don’t have a candidate, period. Turn out has been pretty bad for all the primary elections for us. We are stuck with two big time losers and we are so done for. If we put one of these Rinos or God forbid both of them on the ticket we are screwed.
