It would seem so. But IMO she is giving up on the Black vote an will now court Hispanics aggressively. She needs Texas badly. Look to her to begin using a Spanish accent. Probably, a few long lost Mexican relatives will turn up as well.

If that were the case why would she get rid of a Hispanic to recruit a black? I think she has sensed enough support among Hispanics to take their vote for granted, and now trying to mend relations with the blacks.

Lets not forget when the Hildabeast was young, she would go to the fields and watch the kids
of migrant field hands in the Chicago area, even though that would have meant she traveled about 60 or 70 miles to find the supposed migrants.
