Clinton's campaign manager, Patti Solis Doyle, left the position today, to be replaced by Clinton's former top White House aide, Maggie Williams. The change formalizes a shift in the campaign's power structure that began to set in after Clinton's win in New Hampshire,
I've obtained a copy of Solis Doyle's email to the campaign's staff, sent about 15 minute ago:
Over a year ago Hillary launched her campaign for President.
Her announcement began a historic effort that has inspired millions and brought hundreds of thousands to their feet all across this nation.
I have been proud to manage this campaign, and prouder still to call Hillary my friend for more than sixteen years. I know that she will make a great President.
This has already been the longest Presidential campaign in the history of our nation, and one that has required enormous sacrifices from all of us and our families.
During the last month I have been working closely with my longtime friend, Maggie Williams.
This week Maggie will begin to assume the duties of campaign manager. I will serve as a senior adviser to Hillary and the campaign and travel with Hillary from time to time on the road. Maggie is a remarkable person and I am confident that she will do a fabulous job.
Although I will continue to see you all at headquarters, I would be remiss if I didnt thank each of you for your dedication, excellence, and passion over the last year.
You are the best campaign staff in the history of Presidential politics and I am grateful to each of you for your hard work and friendship.
The move doesn't have obvious consequences for the campaign's competing power centers. It's not the coup from Bill Clinton's advisors, the "white boys," that was rumored weeks ago but never came to pass. Williams, like Solis Doyle, is loyal first and foremost to Hillary, and has been very close to her for many years.
But Williams' influence has already been felt, I'm told, in the more ornate language in Clinton's speeches, and her presence adds a new dimension to the politics of Hillaryland.
Lol, not long ago I read that Patti Solis Doyle was a loooong time friend and advisor and Hillary was always loyal to her friends.
If things went badly, maybe it was Bill’s mouth and Hillary crying three times in public - among a jillion other reasons!
This is not accurate.....women account for more than 51% of the votes and have done so for quite some time now.
I am guessing that she got a job offer from someone who actually pays their employees, unlike the Clintons.
.
Hillary has over 65% of hispanics locked up
In the Virgin Islands Obama got 90%
Obama just won the Maine caucases
Obama is winning blacks by 80%+ in the US
Hillary is breaking even or worse now with women and losing young voters
She wins demorat seniors
But many are in RED states - with McCain likely to sweep those - and at 71 a senior himself
Hillary cannot win the primaries (without her rigged Super-Dupers & Florida & Michigan) - and if nominated - without getting back many blacks
That will be a problemo for Hillary now
The “Crying Game” may be over....

Thanks! I blurred all the names together because the Clintonistas are all of one mind. The ones who aren’t, well they end up in fatal accidents, or they commit suicide, or one way or another become verry verry quiet.
The fate of Socks? Those nine lives weren’t enough to survive in the Clinton household. And then there was poor Buddy...
Obama is predicted to win the next few states too. Hillary expects to get Texas.
Much talk of that ‘smoke filled room and deal making’, but don’t think either of them would give it up. The dems want to ‘get the show on the road’ so they can start beating up on McCain instead of each other.
Exactly. Sounds like preparation for another Vince Fosterizer.
Hillary told him:”take your last IOU pay check voucher and get out!!”
probably quit due to lack of a paycheck...
Is Patti dead yet?
.
I hear there are many upset by the dems “unelected Supers” that Hillary just got up front - and with Chelsea calling Supers begging for their votes for Mommy Dearest
The FL & MI delegates Hillary wants to steal will likely turn off more blacks and others
How come all these ‘ex’ office holders automatically get to be super delegates?
.
I saw a democrat today saying the dem’s “Superdelegate” is so dishonest and riiged - it has to go
Funny the liberals that vote - but get run over by unelected party hacks - put up with a crooked undemocratic system of choosing their nominees
I saw a thread earlier, someone is trying to do away with the ‘delegates’ but it won’t get passed.
The general populace doesn’t really understand all about the delegates, etc. I wasn’t up on the ‘super’ ones myself.
Too bad we can’t have paper votes with a signature and proof of who we are and both dem and pub supervisors at every polling place.
But, hey, no one could cheat easily then!
.
Hey Hillary!
I’m voting absentee by mail for Obama in Texas - 100 times!
Call me.... Pedro, Hernado, Juan, Ponce de Leon
LOL, I’ll call you ‘something else’ - 100 times!!
Si Se Puede! Si Se Puede!
