You can understand why, if I was a Dem, I'd prefer a "Clean, Articulate Black Man" as Joe Biden said, to some old gal who doesn't clean up her own vomit.

I think Joe knows this too ~ don't know when or where, but he's from Delaware and back in the Nixon days we had a whole wing of the top floor given over to Secret Service folks who overlooked Arlington Boulevard whenever the big dogs were going to and fro from the White House to Dulles, or National, or wherever.

No doubt Joe ran into Hillary at some of those parties, or maybe down on the 7th floor where the so-called Cuban Defendants in the Watergate trials were billeted by the court.
