Those were the preppie days. Every preppie was expected to get drunk every Saturday night.
The thing that really got me, in fact, is that some of them would invite a date to the football game and then get so drunk later on that they would pass out, and somebody else would have to drive their date home.
That brings back fond (and no so fond) memories of misspent youth! Ah, the college days!
