I am so glad SOMEONE in the media is bothering to report about this-—and even try to do something about it.

Every time I hear this story, I just have to wonder what is going to happen when California suffers the “big one” and the military just doesn’t show up?

Here’s hoping Berkley wises up before then. (On second thought, though, I don’t know what, in the history of the world, would make me think they have the capacity to “wise up” under any circumstances.)
