Jim, time to face the facts that conservatives are living in denial if they think the republican party is conservative in ideology and intent. You can support particular candidates or not but the RINO tag is rather presumptuous in today’s world.

This is exactly what I’m going to do this Tuesday in Virginia, Jim. Anybody but McCain!

This will help:

Election 08 Political Dashboard

You’re right, pal. It ain’t your site. And seeing as how you can’t stand conservatives, you might try moving on to a site more to your liking. May I suggest RINOs-R-US.com.

Already voted for Huckabee early this morning with that particular hope in mind.

I will not vote for McCain in November either.

Hello Mr. Robinson, Interesting thought, but to what end? It seems to me that the GOP and/or the conservative movement has failed to present a winning conservative candidate. What are we supposed to get from it?

You say anyone but McCain, so why not just vote for Huckabee? At least he's still in the race. Fred was lame. Romney was fake. Rudy has too much baggage. Who we gonna get? It's over, Johnny.

The MSM did NOT funnel us into this mess. They reported with gusto when he was out of money. Most recently, we were down to 3 candidates (plus Paul) - McCain, Romney and Huckabee. Two of the three were clearly not Democrats as McCain is regardless of the typographical error following his name. They might have or might have had some liberal positions in the past. But they were not Democrats.

We voted McCain. We bear responsibility for the mess, not the MSM. Personal responsibility is our platform. Let us not shirk it.

I’m working on a project where we put our votes into “ESCROW” and will post details ASAP.

If McCain gets the nomination, my guess is that the Democrats will exploit his temper. A “nuke the little girl picking daisies” ad campaign against him as LBJ did on Goldwater. Quotes from Republican senators about McCain’s temper. Pseudo-diagnosis from shrinks who have never met him — weak but enough to hint that his finger should not be on the button.

Much as I agree with you, McCain will easily carry Pennsylvania with all the RINOs here. Here in Montgomery county the GOP are very much blue blood establishment and would rather lose than change their elitist ways. These are the guys that Rush talks about who hated Reagan and love Arlen Specter. And they are very much on the Global Warming bandwagon as they see it as a way of fighting urban sprawl. Don't want the city riff raff moving out in our territory after all!

Off to register in Oregon if I can make the deadline.

You know, I'll probably get jail time for this, Jim.

Yeah, but Fred Thompson endorsed McCain.

And Fred gives me my marching orders.

Then I respectfully suggest that you take charge of your life and make a few decisions yourself and not wait for someone else to give you your "marching orders." Make a decision yourself, and go with it.

All or nothing is a recipe for disaster.

As is continuing in this leftward death spiral. It's time Republicans started acting like Republicans instead of Democrats whose only distinguishing remark is the 'R' by their names.

I say it's time the Democrat wing of the Republican Party be made to hold their noses for a change. We conservatives are sick and tired of this "go along to get along" destruction of our core party principles.

Yes, she would. But she would be more difficult for Congress to rein in. Obama is an empty suit. Some of our Senators could easily (man)handle him.

To abstain from voting gives a vote to Hitlery, who will then tell you what doctor you can see, take money out of your pay check for “health insurance” and make you wait at least six months for elective surgery. Just ask a Canadian about Socialized Medicine.

If you don’t want McCain and I don’t either, wait until you see the Hildebeast change this country into Moscow West. A vote for McCain is a VOTE AGAINST CLINTON!

I second that. It will shake up not just the GOP, it will shake Ron Paul right off his rocker.
