I predict that one of the first things President Hillary does is clamp down on talk radio and, if their paranoia is any indication, freedom of the press. Talk about a bunker mentality, and she isn’t even in the White House yet.
Typical Queen Hillary.
No question. The return of the laughingly-named Fairness Doctrine is a certainty under either Hillary or Obama--and no congressional action is needed. Congress last summer managed to attach an amendment to an appropriations bill prohibiting funds going to the FCC for enforcement of the Fairness Doctrine. But that's only good for til the next appropriations bill. House conservatives are working to get the Broadcasters Freedom Act passed, which would permanently prevent the FCC from making or enforcing any rules, regulations etc to impose "fairness" quotas on speech.
