I’m confuse, CNN says there is a Primany in Wash on the 19th for the Republicans? Is this a LA thing?
50% of the delegates are assigned from todays vote, and the other 50% from the Primary on the 19th

The primary is on the 19th - most counties now have absentee voting. However, the cacuses are today at 1 pm. Go to the King County or WA state Repbulicans site find your caucus location.
The Primary votes will allocate 51% of the delegates and the caucuses will allocate 49% of the delegates.
More info on the WA Secty of State website here:http://www.secstate.wa.gov/elections/2008/WAsCaucusesandPrimaries.pdf
My understanding is that delegates are chosen in part in today's caucuses, part by ballot on the 19th.
