You missed the point and do not give Sessions enough credit. Sessions has been lied to by McCain and a lot of other Senators as well. Sessions knows McCain is lying now about this secure the borders first stuff McCain is passing around for his new position replacing amnesty. Sessions is very cleverly trying to get McCain on the record with what exactly is his position on illegal immigration since his bill failed. Sessions is offering a pledge which he knows McCain will not sign not because McCain is not capable of lying, but because McCain is too proud and arrogant to bow down to Sessions who he sees as his enemy which he surely is. The McCain supporters on this forum need to understand that on illegal immigration nothing has changed, and if McCain had come around and seen the light he would as a matter of good faith join hands and sign the pledge of Sessions who is the most honest broker on illegal immigration in Congress. In other words I trust Sessions, and if he were to endorse McCain, it would make me seriously think. The endorsements of these other senate clowns mean nothing.
