I would suggest the random selection and execution of 3 German or French citizens for every individual shortfall of personnel to Afghanistan each and every day until those shortfalls are filled by German or French citizens, as a nifty solution.
But, then folk would say I was a meany and I don’t want to be a meany, so I wont suggest it.
