I apologize but I had to smile at your reply. Here in this small dust-blown west Texas town I am now trying to sell said commercial property for less than what it was purchased for in the 1980s. I guess what I am saying is that I am estatic that I have renters at all. Most of the folks here are still living in the 1960s, or in Mexico, and I have actually been cursed when I've asked low market value for a vehicle I've had for sale.

Some say we should go to Mars. I say no as I already have property there.
