I think the law should exempt both of us since we are thinkers. What the heck. Let’s expand. The law could exempt all conservative women with the exception of those who are one issue voters, whatever that issue may be.

If this rape happened, where is the forensic evidence?

Are you asking a serious question or just trying to be cute?

I am asking a serious question. If she was raped, where is the forensic evidence?

This is a nation of laws. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

You really haven’t followed this case, have you? Did you watch the YouTube? Did you see the Lisa Myers interview or read the transcript? If you have done that, we can have a serious discussion. If not, you need to go do some homework first. I will be glad to engage you on this issue.

I watched the youtube video. I skimmed the transcript of the interview. And I've known about this allegation for many years. All of that is just people talking, without providing any evidence. People can lie, such as with the Duke rape case.

Maybe Juanita Broderick is telling the truth. Maybe she's lying. But in this country, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

In order to prove that a rape was commited, there must be forensic evidence. If she was raped, then where is the rape kit? Where is the semen? Where is the torn clothing? Where are the medical photographs documenting the damages and injuries? Where is there any forensic evidence at all?

Okay, I’ll play for a minute.

It’s 1978 in Arkansas. A very powerful man, the attorney general, on whose campaign you were working, was going to meet with you to discuss business at the conference. He convinces you, just before the meeting, that the coffee shop is too noisy and not conducive to talking business. You agree that he can meet in your room. After all, this is the attorney general of the state.

After a short time, he begins his assault. He rips your panty hose. He bites your lip to hold you down (a tactic another of his victims describes).

Because this was done by the attorney general, you are wondering when they will come up to the room and dispose of the body. Your roommate comes back to the room and finds you in shock with your lip swollen and bleeding. The only person who has been in the room is the attorney general.

You leave the conference. Because your marriage is already over and you have a relationship the the man who will become your husband, you really can’t tell your current husband.

In 1978 Arkansas, if you are raped, whom do you tell? Do you tell the attorney general? No, the only thing you can do is tell a few friends, hope he is not planning to shut you up permanently, and hope you can get over what happened to you.

Juanita Broaddrick was a reluctant witness. She didn’t want to come forward in the Jones case and relive the nightmare. With the story she had, would the most powerful man in the world once again use one of his thugs to harm someone who could testify against him.

A police investigator with many years of experience investigating rape was sent by Dave Schippers to Arkansas to interview Juanita. Her reaction was to be frightened. She was convinced that Juanita was raped. What do you do to the most powerful man in the world? What is going to happen to you now that you have to make your report?

Many women do not report rape for various reasons. Here are some statistics from the DOJ - http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/pub/ascii/rsarp00.txt

No, Clinton will never be convicted. The statute of limitations has long since run. Who would have believed Juanita at the time, and would she have lived if she reported it. Clinton, as Attorney General in a one-party state, had great control over the law enforcement apparatus. Juanita had nowhere to go.

Juanita’s husband tells the story of an accidental meeting in 1992 in which Clinton made a de-factor apology to him. Her husband warned Clinton of what he would do to him if he ever came near his wife again.

Juanita was a reluctant witness. She finally did the interview with Myers because there were rumors she was paid off to maintain her silence. She had to clear the record. In the grand jury, she told her story and relived the nightmare.

The Myers interview only appeared once on television because that was Juanita’s demand to NBC. She has not written a book. She has made no money. All she has received is grief — an IRS audit and a break in of her home.

Bill Clinton has never denied the rape. He has never commented on it. To do so and call Juanita a liar risks a cause of action against him. He just wants people to forget about it.

In July of last, a friend of mine confronted Hillary face to face about Juanita. Hillary said she didn’t know who that was. When pressed again, my friend was removed from the premises and told she would be arrested if she returned. Many years ago, while Clinton was running for governor, a man I know in Arkansas was in a room with Raymond Buddy Young. In burst Hillary and said -— “You won’t believe what this *^%$#&@ did now; he tried to rape some bitch.” Their job was to put a lid on it.

I realize that Clinton will never be convicted of this in a court of law. But, you know what? He denied what happened with Paula Jones. Then he paid her $850,000 AFTER SHE LOST THE CASE. That was to keep her from appealing and gathering more evidence. He lied to us about Monica Lewinsky. He lied about Flowers, even after she produced tapes of their conversations. (If you don’t know the story of Gary Johnson, look it up on FR.) Finally, during the end of the Jones discovery, he admitted a one night affair with Flowers. Even when caught, he still couldn’t tell the truth about it.

No, he will never be convicted of this or anything. But, like the great majority of people who watched the Myers broadcast, I BELIEVE JUANITA.

One more note. Even with the best evidence, guilty people walk. Especially if they have power or money.

Those other examples aren't proof that he raped Juanita Broderick.

Maybe he did do it. Maybe he didn't.

My gut feeling says he did do it, but that's not proof.
