I hope you understand why some may question your comments ,, it’s kind of like someone who walks under a piano being hoisted in the air on a pulley , loiters and then gets squashed as a result when someone sneezes and loses their grip on the rope unintentionally.. admittedly maybe not the best comparison..
I’m all for traffic safety... but.. this sounds like a residential area to start with, not sure from the article.
I do understand why some may be offended or argue. I only hope to spur some to think twice about double-parking. She was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time. She engaged in risky behavior, something we all do from time to time, but she lost the roll of the dice. It was a calculated risk but certainly not the same as double-parking on a highway or interstate. I’m sorry it happened and I applaud her spunky attitude. I hope the whole family has blessings up the wazoo.
