You’re not alone, his speech is excellent. For God’s sake we can’t possibly allow the Clinton/Obama approaches to these issues. McCain is the opposite not the same as them.

Not really 11th_VA. It’s just that many in FR are becoming more and more like Kos and DU with the name calling, hyper-ventilating, Juan (John) references, etc.
I usually just lurk and enjoy the circus that is becoming more and more like DU and Daily Kos when McCain or anyone but Reagan is mentioned.

I am wary of McKane and have been so since Lincoln Thrift. He has done much to deserve the ire of the voters. But most on this board seem to think there are viable alternatives.
My God people, we have a pair of dems running that are, at best, slightly to the right of Lenin. There is no other candidate available to us and to not vote as an alternative is to promote the libs.
Sure it would be nice to take a stand, but I am convinced that the day hill or Obama take the oath, 2 or 3 Justices will announce their resignations and either of them would nominate replacements that make Ginsburg look like Rehnquist!
Ponder that folks and do what you feel necessary but I look beyond the possibilities and see the probabilities.
