Zot as a noun is a sound made by the lightning hitting the troll from above. The Zot as a verb is the action of being hit by the lightning. It usually leaves only ashes behind as evidence. ZOT really means the poster has had his or her account suspended or has been banned.
I'll find a good Zot post so you can enjoy the graphics.
