Have any of the authors or revisers of that Bill tried to insert “Wording” urging these Dollars Be Used to by AMERICAN?

It wouldn’t be too hard to write a letter that explains the value of spending Rebate Dollars on Carpet Cleaning, Omaha Steaks, or Red Wing work shoes,etc., rather then Asian Goods from Wal-Mart.

It wouldn't be hard? Well, why don't you try with me, because I'm interested to hear this. I have this really strange quirk, but I tend to assign value to items based on--and this is a shock--whether I want them! Red Wing shoes, Omaha steaks, and carpet cleaning have exactly no value to me.
