Your argument is valid and I respect it. I look at it more from a SCOTUS perspective. In 4 years the next president will only have the ability to replace LIBS with LIBS, not changing the make up of the courts. The following 4-8 years could be a major SCOTUS shuffle. In teh mean time sHillary would solidify the GOP, with the Reagan democrats and even the 9-11 republicans.
