Since Romny was heavily favored in San Diego, McCain was the obvious benefactor. However, I doubt he had anything to do with it. This smells of Democrat shenanigans, since their primary is open.

I disagree. If McCain had say 40% and Romney 60 in SD, how would reducing the number of voters effect the distribution by candidate?

How would someone know in advance which repubs were voting for whom and then go into the registrar's office and change just those poeple on the computer?

How did Romney do in SD?
