Here are the rules for the California Republican Primary.
Only the 11 at-large delegates would be impacted, not the other 159.
170 of 173 of California’s delegates to the Republican National Convention are allocated to presidential contenders in today’s California Presidential Primary.
* 159 district delegates are to be allocated to presidential contenders based on the primary results in each of the 53 congressional districts: each congressional district is assigned 3 National Convention delegates and the presidential contender receiving the greatest number of votes IN THAT DISTRICT will receive all 3 of that district’s National Convention delegates.
11 at-large delegates are to be allocated to the presidential contender receiving the greatest number of votes in the primary statewide.
In addition, 3 party leaders will attend the convention as unpledged delegates.
Depends on if the votes would have flipped the lead in some of the congressional districts. Impossible to say, now, but isn't that always the case in instances of vote manipulation.
I'm sort of curious if this only effected those who showed up at the precincts, or if a few of those who would normally have voted absentee didn't get a ballot because their registration changed.
