You are wrong. Without exception, those calling in or e-mailing the radio shows say they have always been Registered as Republicans and showed up to the polls expecting to vote as such. Somewhere, somehow, their party affiliation was changed without their knowledge.

I’ll co-sign for ops. We had many 12 or so who claimed to be life-time repubs and no change of address or any other contact with the registrar’s office.

You know, I’ve just thought of something else, and it has nothing to do with suppressing the Romney vote.

You show up at the polls. You have always voted Republican, but now you’re showing “Declined to State.” Only one of two parties allows you to cross-over - the Dems and the American Independent. Most people don’t realize that they can challenge the registration through provisional ballot, so instead opt to take a Dem ballot and vote. Dems can now claim that the independents are in favor of Obama or Hillary (I’m thinking Hillary was stupid enough to think this would benefit her).

Okay, far-fetched....maybe I should write plot oulines for “LOST” instead.....
