I regarded Fred as a leader and a conservative hero, and I was looking forward to voting for him. I probably will vote for him but now it's just a hollow protest. Leaders and heroes don't retreat or surrender when the going gets tough.

FRed did bring Conservative issues to the forefront, so I give him his due for that, at the very least. I’d like to see where everything lands when the laundry is shook out. I think the past has given us that lesson. :)
