Not surprising at all. Alabama is predominantly Republican, and therefore voted in the Republican Primary. Those who are not Republican are black. Obama will not win Alabama in the fall.

Not so in L.A. (Lower Alabama). That's primarily your hard core yellow dogs. The concentrations of black Dems are B'ham and to a much lesser degree Montgomery, and then that's it. The rural are ALL yellow dog. Lord, I have no idea why, but that's just the way it is and has always been.
