Looks like it’s going to be Hillary vs. McCain. Oh, how lucky can we be!
I’m sticking to my guns. If there’s a candidate who’s willing to seek my vote, I’ll consider voting for them. Otherwise, I’m not voting for President. Why bother?

Why do you think that because Hilary won her ‘home’ state she has the nomination wrapped up? Just curious. Obama won Illinois, and apparently New Jersey, so I’m not ready to concede the Hilary is the nominee.

California will be the deciding factor.

At 5:15 PM today, on 42nd Street and Vanderbilt in NYC, there was a well-dressed metrosexual marching around with an Obama sign saying things like: “C’mon! Let’s do it, people!”

Did anyone watch “All The King’s Men” on TCM tonight? Broderick Crawford plays Slick Willie in a prequel to his Arkansas days.
Scary.

Yeah, I saw that. There was a post last night that projected Obama to win that one. Oh well. The things I have the biggest problem with regarding Hillary is her ego and narcissism. She has no credible humility, yet ironically has so much to learn. The health care debacle was clearly a result of her own ego. The funny thing is that she now looks back and says that she’s ‘learned things’. Well, back then she didn’t think she had anything to learn, but that didn’t stop her from going at health care like a bull in a china shop.
If that experience made her approach everything with a degree of humility (e.g. “I don’t know everything so I’d better get lots of opinions and give this lots of thought”) then I would have an easier time cutting her some slack. Unfortunately, she seems to me to be the same ‘know it all’ narcissistic person she was when she screwed that up.
