Good news - one of my best friends is from Montana and he’s for Romney - some Mormons in the state, but he’s not one.

If this is a causus and a candidate has to have more than 50% to win, then a deal will be cut. McCain will most likely win this one. Perfectly legit to make the deal. This has been done in Iowa for years (until the GOP wimped out and got rid of the 15% threshold rule).
