If any of you have it within your power to get a resolution added to your states platform and prayerfully and HOPEFULLY to the National Platform..I honestly beleive with my soul, that if we make it MANDATORY that ALL absentee MILITARY votes MUST be counted prior to a winner being declared...we just MIGHT pull this off!!!!!!!!!!!
