What Rush is saying about McCain now is brilliant! McCain hasn’t supported the Republican party for years, but now he wants US to. I think it’s time for him to join the party with which he actually agrees—the Dems.
Hi Ya AQ!!!
McPain has always been a dem...I don’t know why the people of Az. keep him in office, surely there are better people there than him....he’s old, he’s a has been, he needs to retire and let the desert heat finish baking whats left of his brain...
The only one thing I respect McPain for is he served our Military...for that I will say thank you, but the rest of his make-up is the same as a RAT....
Rush is on fire today and right on! I feel that Rush has redeemed himself for any departures he made supporting George W. Bush out of faith that he would finally deliver on conservative policies and implement a conservative agenda, but never did. The fact that so-called “conservatives” have eagerly joined in with the backstabbing RINO infected RNC beltway establishment and supported McCain while Rush, Hannity, Levin, Ingraham, Reagan, and other true conservative voices have not and stood fast with principle against a tidal wave of treachery and smears makes me proud to be a talk radio show listener and conservative.
McCain has shown himself to be an arrogant, self-centered, power hungry megalomaniac after all is said and done and a disappointing disgrace. I knew and met quite a few Vietnam POWs in the late 70’s after the war, many who were in captivity as long or longer than John McCain and suffered as bad or worse treatment as McCain. Yet, not one to a man did I ever know who whored his military record or POW status for personal or political gain of has others do it for them. Furthermore, as bad as the treatment of POWs was during the Vietnam War by the Vietcong and the NVA, many more Vietnam veterans came back maimed, crippled, or never at all. Among all those who served, gave all, and lost all, I’d think these men, not POWs like John McCain should be first in line to be considered as war heroes.
One more thing. True heroes, through war or not, do not proclaim themselves as such or have operatives do it for them but live out their lives in quiet and selfless humble dignity as befits their status as genuine heroes.
