I make the assumption that constituents in WV would be similar in make up to constituents in AR
This was a convention of the anointed Reps. not a vote by rank and file. The primary doesn’t come until May. 18 delegates were picked today at the convention. 3 more delegates are the executives of the state party and 9 delegates are chosen in the primary election in May.
