Got any suggestions for a suffering shoulder?

I’ve been in so much pain with this thing I want to spit.

Tried heat. Not much help.

Should I put ice on it?

I will tell you what I tried for my neck, and it took away the pain in a few days:

Activon joint and muscle (ultra strength). I use it all over now, even on a head ache, just rub it across your forhead and in a few hours the headache is gone.....

If your shoulder is inflamed, which is what often happens when you pull a muscle, ice is absolutely the best thing you can do, coupled with an anti-inflamatory like Ibuprofen. Heat will just further aggravate it.

Hey fish.

If 2 advil don’t touch it, if you got a script for three from the Doc, that wouldn’t be unusual.

Take it by the clock. Every 4 hours even if you find, Lord willing, that it worked and you feel better. It is important that you get ahead of the pain and stay there.

Try taking Advil and applying ice. advil and ice bring down inflammation, which helps with the pain and any stiffness.

The Big Mew has back and shoulder problems. He uses a capsaicin cream. Really helps, but you have to take care when applying it that it only goes where it’s ‘sposed to :)

leave the heat alone.it aggrivates it...if you have access to a masseus, they have this tool that opens closed nerve endings by sending a tiny shock from your lower back to the nerve.......it’s awesome
