Words mean things.......
She doesn’t say “we shouldn’t hate the Marines” but says “we shouldn’t be seen as hating.”
Translation: We still hate them.
But we're willing to hate them a little less vocally if it'll keep us from losing money.
So much for principle, eh?

Saw a show this morning on the Johnson Vietnam years. All the people marching against the war carried signs "We support the troops but bring them home now".
