There is no evidence that the secularist Saddam had anything to do with 9-11. The WMD claims were proven bogus.

As to supporting the troops, they were also fighting in Kosovo when conservatives publicly (and properly) criticized that war.....so that won't wash. BTW, the candidate who has the most donations from the troops is Ron Paul.

There is overwhelming evidence that Saddam’s Iraq was intimately involved with terrorists of all sort and that he used them for his purposes. Al Zarqawi was in Iraq pre-war and was studying delivery systems for ricin prior to the war. Al Zarqawi was part of the eclectic Al Qaeda network.

There is overwhelming, irrefutable evidence that Saddam had more than enough extant chemical agent to put small quantities capable of killing thousands at a time in the hands of terrorist delivery systems. There is undeniable evidence that Saddam’s Iraq had yellowcake and pursued further supplies. There is undeniable evidence that Saddam’s Iraq had all chemical and biological RECIPES that could be produced in terrorist delivered quantities in very short order. There is undeniable evidence that Saddam’s Iraq had multiple chemical components to enact those recipes.

Those who do not support that THIS war is necessary do not support the troops.

My son was there. He probably doesn’t support Paul.

I support Paul’s conservative positions except for his isolationist, wrong-headed interpretation of foreign intervention.
