I lived in Phoenix back when I-10 ended at Goodyear and Lowwer Buckeye Road was I-10 to the 17
the town knows how to put on a race.
well since then PIR got seriously racer friendly...the gazillion sky boxes for example
there is a rumor a new track surface may be coming...
so state of the art rubber something...
