No, because the racial divide is not so strong in Europe as it was in America.
However, things can worsen, especially in economic crises.

The Spaniards won’t stand up to terrorists, but they will make racist attacks on a black man.

I've been to seven countries in Europe. Spaniards (including the Basques and Catalans) are the BEST by a mile. Friendly, polite, and great hospitality.
There are low life mulletheads in every country. Spain is no different. I've only encountered these bums (skinheads) face to face in England, but they seem to gravitate to the cheapseats from Buenos Aires to Budapest.

Please leave FreeRepublic, you Lyndon LaRouche-loving nutbag.

Why don’t Frank Gaffney-loving nutbag?
I know it is hard to believe. In fact, it was designed to be hard to believe. But we free Spaniards have made those Socialist and Oligocrats to step back.

I stand corrected. I haven’t been to Europe since the Euro started so I still have the old currency mindset.

Gaffney manifestly does not reach the same conclusion. You are using the legitimate inquiry of a reputable commentator to engineer a lame bootstrapping of LaRouche material.
Gaffney points out what we all know: that the Spanish investigation into the bombing was severely compromised - and he further suggests that the Spanish investigators themselves may have been infiltrated by Islamists and are now in full coverup mode.
Gaffney nowhere alleges that the bombings were planned and executed deliberately by the PSOE.

Infiltrated by Islamists?
Gaffney,
But what if the perpetrators were neither Islamofacists, as the winning socialists immediately asserted, nor the Basque terrorist organization known as ETA, as the government of José Maria Aznar initially (and fatally) assumed?
[...]
At worst, the information uncovered by El Mundo could mean that the deadly bombing was actually perpetrated with the complicity of the same Spanish police bomb squad, Tedax, that was subsequently charged with investigating the crime.
Either way, if the leads published in recent days pan out, it would appear that Spains 2004 elections were stolen by terrorists, alright. But the terrorist operation that brought the socialists to power may have been an inside job in effect, a coup perpetrated by some of the same authorities who are responsible for preventing terror. Explosive stuff, if true. But all preliminary and speculative right now.
Emphasis mine. Well, he clearly points out towards an inside job.
By the way,
LaRouche,
The day of the Madrid bombings, March 11, Lyndon LaRouche issued a statement discarding the idea that the terrorist attacks had been carried out either by the Basque terrorist group ETA or by "Islamic terrorism," and commented that the modality of the Madrid atrocity reminded him of the 1980 Bologna train station bombing and, in general, of the terrorist "strategy of tension" in Italy in the early seventies.
Neither ETA, nor Islamists... but an inside job by the same security forces.
We report, you decide.
If it makes you more comfortable, I think that LaRouche takes events that happened in Europe and shapes them to be used as political weapon in Washington, D.C. However, he refers to things that really happened, such as the
Bologna train station bombing, in which 3/11 was based.
It is also true that three Italian military intelligence officers and "puppet master" Licio Gelli, were found guilty of covering-up that crime, as you can read in the
sentence:
M) dichiara GELLI Licio, PAZIENZA Francesco, MUSUMECI Pietro e BELMONTE Giuseppe colpevoli del delitto di calunnia pluriaggravata loro contestato nel procedimento n. 2/87 R.G.C.A. -precisata l'imputazione nel senso che la condotta è cessata entro l'agosto 1981- e li condanna ciascuno alla pena di anni 10 (dieci) di reclusione; dichiara le pene sopra inflitte al MUSUMECI, al BELMONTE ed al PAZIENZA condonate nella misura di anni 3 (tre) di reclusione (D.P.R. 18/12/1981 n. 744 e D.P.R. 16/12/1986 n. 865) e quella inflitta al GELLI condonata nella misura di anni 5 (cinque) di reclusione (D.P.R. n. 744 citato e art. 6, IV comma D.P.R. n. 865);
Those are the facts.
The Spanish people were not the only decieved in 3/11.

Looks better than even that we will too.Maybe - after seven years of a relentless onslaught of full-bore mass media propagandizing - or maybe not.
Certainly not within three days of a terrorist attack.
