I agree with you: I don't want a dem in office who is not the least conservative, and who will have a liberal litmus test for judges. That's why I could never vote for for a dem like John McCain - oh wait, he's Republican? Coulda fooled me!
If you don’t think there will be a difference between Hillary/Obama picks for the court and McCain picks you are being silly. I think it’s just hyperbole on your part. You’ve got to see that even if McCain makes “moderate” choices for the court that is better than straight, out and out left-wing-activist choices.
