A. The socialists in the city don’t like the war.
B. Absent any coherent argument against said WOT, they had to find some other means by which to harass the military presence in the city.
C. They settled on a pitiful sexual orientation civil rights ordinance, despite the US Military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy?
D. Seems to me, in an all volunteer military, the folks signing up have ample opportunity to ‘get the facts’ about their pending decision, and make a decision based on those facts.
E. One of those facts is a policy...Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.
F. Gay Americans signing up for the military know of this policy. By signing up, they are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of the military service(s).
G. The City and the Code Pinkos are using this as an excuse to attack the war on terror by attacking the military that protects their right to be stupid.

Remeber: This is not a Free Speech issue! It is more fundamental than that. Article I, section 8, of the US Constitution mandates the Congress provide for the defense of these United States. To be able to do that, it has the power to raise and fund a military force. Part and parcel of that "raising" is the provision of recruiters.

It is not Free Speech, it is the defense of our Nation that is at stake. And the city is standing in direct violation of the Federal government's explicitly stated responsibilities!
