NEW HAVEN, Conn. Sen. Hillary Clinton teared up this morning at an event at the Yale Child Study Center, where she worked while in law school in the early 1970s.
A doctor, who was introducing Clinton, began to choke up, leading Clinton's eyes to fill with tears, which she wiped out of her left eye. At the time, the doctor was saying how proud he was that sheepskin-coat, bell-bottom-wearing young woman he met in 1972 was now running for president.
"Well, I said I would not tear up; already we're not exactly on the path," Clinton said with emotion after the introduction.
Clinton is holding a roundtable discussion with Connecticut women to talk about childcare and healthcare.
When Clinton got misty-eyed at an event in New Hampshire on Jan. 7, politicos and pundits filled hours discussing if it helped her, and Clinton eventually pointed to the moment as when she "found her voice" and turned the corner in the Granite State.
At the time, there was much debate if the candidate's emotional response to a question -- "How do you do it?"" -- was genuine or calculated.
Let the conversation begin again...
The face that launched a thousand quips!
Ugly then.
Ugly now.
Anyone notice that a recurring photo of Hitlrey has he mouth wide open -larger than tha guy in the Guinness book who smoked the most simultaneous cigarettes.
How does she do it?
Only her left eye teared up? Maybe it was cold, and she has a blocked tear duct.
"Carville--get over here. Does that FJB Rupert Murdoch have any cats we can kill?"
COMMENTS:
Do we really need a president who tears up all the time like she's watching some tearjerker movie all the time? In fact, if the Queen B does win, her presidency will be one big tearjerker.

Hey, if it worked once, it may work again.

Clinton sees her lead slipping away and turns on the waterworks yet again.
I hope the leaders of Iran, Syria, N. Korea, Pakistan, etc are equally impressed when she starts bawling in front of them to get her way.

That’s a very beautiful scene...until I thought of The Beast.
Well...Huma, for one.
AAARGH...I just lost my appetite for lunch.
It works once. The second try could backfire.
If she had any respect for the office she desires she would have stopped that women in her tracks verbally. It speaks volumes of Hilda....
There’s no crying in The War on Terrorism.
I still crack up every time I see that comment!
What kind of president would this be? She wants to be viewed as strong as a man, but she's not acting like it.
She just needs to start wearing Tammy Faye mascara and she’ll have the nomination locked up.
After seeing her eye mist up I immediately decided to give her my support and campaign for her. /sarc
So true. She is one disgusting excuse for a human being...as I said before, she ‘inspires’ me.
Yeah, this is what America needs. A president who tears up at the drop of a damn hat.
Or, not make news like the first.
It SHOULD be news though. People should know that a vote for Hillary is a vote for a crybaby.
