What following laws? You must of forgot something.

Following the laws as interpreted by the Courts that Terry chose to have interpret them. Yes, by default, but that is our system of laws.

Is it moral to ignore the law?

Okay, now you are saying that it's Terri's FAULT that federal and Florida law apply to her case? She somehow CHOSE this.

The Constitution of the United States of America states very clearly in Amendments Five and Six that for a person to be put to death there MUST be a grand jury indictment AND the person MUST be convicted by a jury. NO JUDGE has the power to put ANYBODY to death without these.

So, please provide links regarding Terri's indictment and jury trial. YOU speak of our system of laws and YOU claim that the law was followed, NOW PROVE IT.

Is it moral to ignore the law?

Yes, it can be. However, the ONLY ones who ignored the law in Terri's case are her killers and those who supported them and people like you who still argue in the validity of illegal and unconstitutional court rulings (though in all fairness, this might better be termed "ignorance" and not "ignoring").
