Excuse me, this has nothing to do with the Mass. Leg. Romney issued a direct order starting the whole homosexual marriage process. He could of told the SJC to "f’ off, the Leg has failed to act within your 180 day decree so I am not doing anything and definitely not listening to four oligarchs".
