I understand your idea. However, I do not believe it. It’s a tough one to swallow whole especially since you present it as fact. Call me naive but I tend to believe it’s keeping your friends close and your enemies one way or another, closer that enables us to continue to protect ourselves. Battles being fought and won by our military are far more essential to national security than any of these internal affairs of ideology. Our states’ national guards will figure in as well if they haven’t already. Let the election process vindicate itself by virtue of it being a free election process.
