BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. -- The State Attorney's Office will decide whether to charge two teens who admit they robbed a 9-year-old Girl Scout selling cookies outside of a Boynton Beach supermarket.
"I thought that it was a really mean thing to do, and I was sad after," Girl Scout Gracie Smith told WPBF News 25.
Authorities said that a 17-year-old girl in a hot-pink sweatshirt approached Smith outside of a Winn-Dixie supermarket at Hypoluxo and Jog roads in Boynton Beach Wednesday evening and asked the girl what her favorite cookies were. Police told WPBF that, while Smith was telling the teen about her favorite Cinna-Spins, the teen snatched an envelope containing about $167 off of Smith's table, hopped into another teen's car and drove away.

In short, they aren’t just ‘misbehavers’ they’re sociopaths. There are drug dealers with better ethics and heart than these two. Seriously.
And Billy Graham’s son spent his early life in drugs and alcohol, and is now the inheritor of his father’s ministry. Early teaching of the word of God will come back.

Not true. Many psychopaths are born. It’s just a matter of what they end up doing with their defect. Not all become killers or even criminals and there are degrees but certainly everything I’ve encountered leads me to believe that psychopaths are born or at least ‘bred’ in such a way that it wouldn’t matter what happened because there was no way to ‘alter’ the course.
Sociopaths are just those who act like psychopaths who aren’t believed necessarily to have been ‘born’ that way. But I’m sure a number of them were born that exact way.
I will defer to your expertise the matter of Paris Hilton's heart.

Since she goes to school she not only has a principal, but probably half a dozen assistant principals, so yes, she does have principals. And while she may not have any scrupples, she doesn't have any scruples either.
I see you have bought into the sycobable of “born that way” The only palatable correlation in scepture, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” As a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I (and he), refute your argument. All can be redeemed if Jesus is involved, especially at the get go.

Lots of kids today have a social conscience. The only problem is that they want to vote for Rats so that our tax dollars can be used to cure all the world's ills. The real problem is that we have a significant number of sociopaths among our younger generations and each successive generation has even more.
