He’s black with a light complexion, braided hair most of which was pulled under his knit cap, there was one braid hanging over his cheek, beads in the braids, receding hairline, 25 - 35 years old, 5’8”-10”, 230-260 pounds, wearing black jeans with a rhinestone decoration on the back (I’d heard that before), no facial hair, and well groomed (whatever that means). That’s all I could get.
Reporters sounded frustrated in their questions with the little bits of information being released. All further news conferences will be held at 11 am unless there’s further notice.
