I agree. This plan will not work unless a vast majority of the registered voters who chose a Republican Primary ballot in the Texas Primary follow this plan. I don't see that happening.

As of Feb 2nd
Romney 30% (11%)
McCain 29% (24%)
Huckabee 20% (26%)
Paul 8% (4%)
Keyes 3% (0%)
Undecided 10% (8%)

Already a squeaker for the Republicans. For the Dems Hillary has a 10% lead (49% to 39%) over Obama.

I think Democrats will be busy voting in their own primary and will avoid drifting over to the Republican Primary to cause havoc, being the close race it is on the Democrat side.
