He was a different person then. This is how I see it: He is still bitter and vengeful about losing to Bush. I know CFR was introduced in the late 90's, but it didn't become LAW until after 2000. The gang of 14, McCain-Kennedy...the list goes on and on and on...
All of which happened *after* he lost the 2000 election.
McCain campaigned for Bush in 04... McCain was celebrated on this forum as recently as last year...
Nobody started bashing McCain until Sean and Rush told you too...
