“Big lead for Mitt Romney in Maine!”

Well, of course! The most liberal state in the nation is supporting one of the most liberal “republican” candidates. What should we expect? LOL!

Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, had 53 percent of the vote with 47 percent of the towns holding caucuses reporting. John McCain trailed with 21 percent, Ron Paul was third with 19 percent, and Mike Huckabee had 5 percent. Undecided votes accounted for 2 percent.

New FR poll is out:

(2/2) Which GOP presidential hopeful do you want to see win the most delegates on Super Tuesday?

Mitt Romney
67.5%

Mike Huckabee
15.5%

Ron Paul
11.8%

John McCain
5.2%

[ Details · Polls ]

Again, that's:

Mitt RINO Romney: 67.5%
John "Conservative Uniter" McCain: 5.2%

Better put on some coffee, McCain bots. You've got a lot of work to do.

He has been ahead in the polls there for a while, this is wishful thinking if you expect him to gain any momentum for super Tuesday.... Not a single network is covering it. Your just setting yourself up for getting even more angry when MCcain pounds everyone.. I like Romney, I think he is a great guy.. but... there is reality... he is DOA on after Tuesday. The reason is not because McCain is better, its because Hukkabee is splitting the base vote with Romney.

ME was part of MA until 1820. Both soundly repudiated GHWB and GWB for that matter.

Final results: Mitt got 55%; McCain came in second and Ron Paul came in third.

I’m not sure how many delegates Mitt got.

This is a blow out! It should be all over the Mainstream media... if they were sold out to McCain... who they know can't beat the Democrat candidate.

I like that McCain and Huckabee came in 3rd and 4th behind Ron Paul, but still I don't expect the media to make a big deal about it. We will have to see on the Sunday talk shows. Can you imagine if McInsane had won Maine?
