I don’t know if any of Mitt’s judges were conservative, but since only 25% of them were even registered as republican, then it is doubtful.

Selecting judges in Massachusetts is a bit different from choosing judges nationwide. There aren’t many conservative candidates in Massachusetts. Not many Republicans either.
