I wonder when they will get around to gays who practice one of the most disease ridden high risk lifestyles. They and their preventable diseases are too expensive to treat. When do you think we’ll hear that?

You would expect this in New York or California...NOT Mississippi. Some research into who introduced the bill ought to be done. I’m going to guess that this is not a native Mississippi individual...and they don’t travel in their state much.
