What if an obese person wants to go to a resturant to eat “lean” “healthy” food as part of their diet instead of scarfing down a twinkie for supper at home?

He said that while, regrettably, he doesn’t believe his bill will pass, this is serious. He wrote it, he said, because of the “urgency of the obesity crisis and need for government action.” He hopes it will “call attention to the serious problem of obesity and what it is costing the Medicare system.”

So does it only apply to people on medicade, medicare? If so, it would almost make sense. They should cut off their food stamps too though and make them do some useful form of work for all that money they are getting.
