U.S. Senate Report Debunks Polar Bear Extinction Fears

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service estimates that the polar bear population is currently at 20,000 to 25,000 bears, up from as low as 5,000-10,000 bears in the 1950s and 1960s.

They should change from a fear of “Polar bear extinction” to a fear of “Polar bear change.” That way, up or down, we have to help the poor polar bears.

Not True? The premise that people are hunting Polar Bears in Alaska is untrue to start.

I used Photoshop CS2 for that one.
It could easily be done with earlier versions like 7.0 that come bundled with ImageReady.
It's a piece of cake to do that.
